    Maintains communication with suppliers, monitor the delivery of materials. Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on operation.

    Major Responsibilities and Authorities

  • Demand planning through Oracle IVCP/Establish Planning process.
  • Elaborates purchasing orders and follow up according to production requirements.
  • Keep work order and purchase orders date updated in the system accordingly.
  • Identifies, evaluate, and implement Pull System Strategies
  • Verifies in weekly basis the production plan to ensure material availability.
  • Makes production program of his/her lines based on customer requirements.
  • Expedites and adjust program according to customer requirements.
  • Provides delivery feedback to Customer Service reps.
  • Monitor, identify and resolve past due backlog issues.
  • Follow up development of new products.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and Trade Compliance procedures.

    • Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ year proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Inventory control
  • Oracle (Transactional and Planning Module)
  • Pull Systems experience.
