- stablishes the Training and development objectives plans and programs.- Provides inhouse training and coordinates Trainers.
- Coordinates the certification program for the employees.
- Coordinates the competence program for the employees.
- Inputs information in to the Training Data base regarding the courses and training taken by the associates in to the Training System (HTC, TRESS)
- Coordinates all training events with outside, as well as, inhouse instructors.
- Develops and implements evaluations of trainers and training courses.
- Elaborates diplomas and training certificates.
- Keeps an updated record regarding outside consultants, trainers and educational institutes.
- Assures the integrity of the Training and Development Process to meet the Legal requirements.
- Responsible for documenting and registering before the corresponding Authorities, the Training development Programs.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a Needs Assessment Process.
- Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating, Developing and acting as a facilitator to the subordinates.
- Administration of the company scholarship program.
- Coordination of Adult Education Program.
- Ensure that the requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949:2016, VDA.
- Initiates actions in order to prevent the occurrence of nonconformity related to the product, process, quality system and environmental system.
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of subordinates to facilitate the implementation and operation of the Company.
- Participates in Motivational, Social, Cultural and Recreational events.
- Coordinate the learning programs (HPS Workshop, HPS certification, HPS TL)
- Work with Internal and External Auditors providing information required.
- Provide daily, weekly and/or monthly reports required to measure plant performance.
- Prepares information requires by external auditors.
- Keeps up to date of new and revised laws and regulations.
