    Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicates detected VES ISSUES and Improvement areas (Manufacturing & Design).
  • Daily Gesha Kai & QRQC presentations
  • Champions kick-off, wrap-up meetings and countermeasure reviews.
  • Prepares and presents final and monthly reports
  • Ensure VES auditors follow standard VES operation
  • Coordinate Cross VES evolution between NMEX Plants
  • Ensure application of VES criteria with NMEX Logistics, Suppliers and related areas.
  • Conduct study relation between VES and 3MIS.
  • Lead and coordinate New Project evaluations to ensure quality new model lunching.
  • Enhance VES Regional/Global Standard, proposing changes, based on customer voice
  • Support Plant Health Check Japan evaluation
  • Excellent Car Driving Skill AT & MT, W/Valid License Driving
  • NISSAN Test Task Valid License Driving

    • Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Language: English (TOEIC 500) No Mandatory.
  • Must have: Good Communication Skills with different levels of organization.
  • Nice to have: Expertise on Quality Tools for solving problems (Based and advanced tools).
  • Nicer to have ISO normative knowledge.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Medium ~ advanced level.
  • Certifications: VES Auditor Certificate
  • Competencies: Technical Analysis Skills for problems solving

  • VES Auditor Certification
  • Quality analysis skills
  • Works independently to complete goals
  • Champions kick-off, wrap-up meetings and countermeasure reviews.
  • Experience on Manufacturing Process on Automotive Industry.
  • Experience on Planning and Execution of Quality Projects/Certification Process.
  • Participation on Standardization of Quality Assurance Systems / Manufacturing Process / or Automotive Supplier.
  • Experience on Quality Improvement Activities on Process and/or Products, based on customer voice.

    • 3. Education

    Education/Certifications:

  • High School Technical and/or Engineering degree, considering equivalent related work (2 years work experience equals 1 year education), technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training.
  • VES certification
