LOOKING FOR A CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and follow up on collection management with customers
  • Ensure billing support, according to agreed upon conditions with the client.
  • Guarantee that the client's payment date or promise is met.
  • Ensure the integration of the file with the necessary documentation for filing or legal action.
  • Ensure compliance with individual recovery goals and departmental goals.
  • Delivery of operational reports (commissioners)
  • Monitoring and implementation of collection strategies.
  • Preparation of collection projections
  • Balance cleansing.
  • Perform credit checks.
  • Negotiate with customers in cases of delinquency.
  • Preparation and sending of statements to clients and sellers.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual collection forecast reports.
  • Organize invoice and deposit records.
  • Ensure efficient billing and collection procedures.
  • Monthly closure of collections, National and Export Portfolio.

Benefits


  • Competitive salary ranging from $16,000 Mexican pesos to $18,000 Mexican pesos gross
