Reporting to the Production Manager, you as a Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervise daily activities of a small to mid-sized production team to ensure that established volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved.

Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity. Identifies problems related to production process to assist process improvement. Furthers the refinement of processes and procedures.


About the job:

  • Availability for shift from Thursday to Sunday: 7:00 pm 7:00 am
  • Supervises the daily activities of a team by monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback.
  • Identifies areas for development to continuously improve metrics and performance.
  • Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact.
  • Contributes to the improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • One to two years of experience at least one year at a supervisor level.
  • Team management skills.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
