Managing Director

Main Funcions

  • Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and longterm goals.
  • Reporting to parent company management, providing market insights and strategic advice.
  • Developing and implementing business plans to improve costefficiency.
  • Maintaining positive and trustbased relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
  • Overseeing the company ́s business operations, financial performance, and investments.
  • Supervising, guiding, and delegating employess in their duties.
  • Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
  • Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  • Develop and mantain professional relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide accounting and reporting function either in house or through outside service.
  • Ensure monthly accounting reports are accurate and timely.
  • Prepare business plans, budgets, and reports.
  • Work closely with outside consultants on audit, tax, and other key business inputs.
  • Provide the overall vision of the company in Mexico.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Finance or Accounting

Strong Financial Management Skills and experience:

  • Experiencie in running all departments of a business

Experiencie in distribution centers is a must:

  • Passport and VISA are requiered

Salary:
$100, $120,000.00 per month
