About the job:

Establishes and/or implements production planning procedures to optimize new and existing planning processes. Gathers research on new and existing technologies and procedures. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.


Your tasks:


  • Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacturing of productions
  • Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes.
  • Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
  • Confers with Value Stream Supervisor/Manager to determine status of assigned projects.
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Prepares production reports to support KPI tracking.
  • Audit work orders for component part accuracy
  • Reliable attendance a must at job site
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment
- or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • JetCam and Sigma Nest programming software or similar programs preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
  • Fluent English conversational
