Join us as a Ground Operations Executive

As a Ground Operation Executive you will generate and deliver a 24/7 customer service experience that exceeds expectations, always in compliance with the internal administrative responsibilities, towards the achievement of the profit goals and objectives of the department.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Verbal communication and writing skills
  • Problem solving Tolerance to uncertainty and stress + work under pressure
  • Organization + results oriented 12 year min experience in Ground shipments (FTL, Flatbed, LTL) (internal / external) Having supported, assisted, or coordinated any / all the following: Domestic Ground shipments (Mexico / USA)
  • International Ground shipments (inbound/ southbound MX-USACAN)
  • Border Crossing + Custom Clearance (impo / expo) In-Transit Cargo (Bonded Shipments) General Cargo and HZMT (MSDS documentation)
  • Identify Ground Carriers in Mexico, USA and Canada BOL filling and registration Track & Trace (GPS Systems)
  • Truckstop and DAT online tools
  • Claim Process

Key Responsabilities:


  • Active participation in the achievement of the targets and objectives of the department (Profit and Customer Service Experience)
  • Follow and execute the internaladministrative processes according to the manual, forms, and stipulated guidelines.
  • Perform high quality standards in customer service experience (WOW effect)
  • Solving daytoday problems Be part of the teamwork, within the department and with the rest of the company's areas (Sales, Pricing, Accounting, Business Development, Business Implementation, etc.
