Descripción

Develops technology roadmap for the IT department and executes plans for continuous improvement of its infrastructure

Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operations, Software Development, Sales, Marketing, Client partners, and staff.
Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the daytoday technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, Updates, and installations.
Measure, monitor, and maintain the team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Oversee management of IT Assets inventory & Tracking.
Prepare costbenefits analysis reports when upgrades or New Technologies are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs.
Responsible for managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents as well as the monitoring, tracking and coordination of IT Operations functions
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger IT initiatives & Projects
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Develop technical staff competencies through coaching and training
Communicates with management, customers, and other departments for support.
