    Your tasksResponsible for attending and following up on customer orders and ensuring their correct invoicing, maintaining a constant monitoring of finished product stock in order to meet delivery on time, as well as maintaining optimal levels of raw material to meet production requirements.
    • Review daily in the system (SAP, WEB) the orders to analyze which products can be assembled and/or modified and be able to meet the delivery time.
    • Prepare shipment in SAP system, verify ASN transmission and invoicing.
    • Create dispute process with customer when needed.
    • Review orders in system weekly and delete past requirements.
    Negotiate delivery dates with Customers.

    • English read, speak and writing.
    • SAP
    • SD module knowledge and MRP
    • Problem solving techniques
    • Microsoft excel, PP
    • Negotiation skills
