We are currently seeking a seasoned Counselt Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, business associate agreements (BAAs), data processing agreements (DPAs), vendor agreements, and enterprise contracts. You will also have the opportunity to work on general corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising document preparation, and regulatory compliance reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the technology sector. They should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to exercise sound commercial judgment under pressure. A background in contract lifecycle management tools would be an asset.
