JOB DESCRIPTION:

Asegurar y mantener actualizados los registros y la contabilidad de Baxter, incluidas pólizas de diario, informes mensuales, trimestrales y de fin de año de las empresas dentro de los plazos y las políticas corporativas.
_Ensure and maintain Baxter bookkeeping and accounting uptodate, including general journal entries, month, quarter and year end reporting of Companies within corporate policies and deadlines._
Tome la iniciativa en las diferentes auditorías externas / internas de la compañía al proporcionar suficiente documentación según sea necesario, para cumplir con las diferentes regulaciones.
_Take the lead in the different external/internal audits by providing sufficient documentation as required, to comply with different regulations._
Preparar y analizar las conciliaciones de cuentas de Balanza.
_Prepare and analyze account reconciliations._
Revisión, estandarización y optimización de procesos
_Review, standardization and optimization of accounting processes._
Capacidad de apoyar y guiar a otros miembros del equipo de contabilidad según sea requerido.
_Ability to Support and guide other members of the accounting team as required__._
La preparación de informes financieros según lo solicitado para diversos fines.
_The preparation of financial reports as requested for various purposes._

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educación requerida - Education required:

Licenciatura_. Bachelor's degree required._

Experiência deseable - Desirable experience:

Fuerte conocimiento contable dentro de un entorno multiempresarial. Experiência de más de 5 años. _Strong accounting knowledge within a multicompany environment. Experience over 5 years._
Experiência en US-GAAP, IFRS, NIF será una ventaja. _Experience in US-GAAP, IFRS, NIF will be an advantage._
Conocimiento / experiência de SAP, Oracle o sistemas financieros similares en un entorno multidivisa y multiempresa. _Knowledge/experience of SAP, Oracle or similar financial systems in a multicurrency and multicompany environment._
Capacidad de análisis, proactividad y comunicación efectiva. High analytical skills and the ability to be proactive on communicating opportunities to management.

Bilingüe:
Comunicación oral y escrita en inglés a nível conversacional imperativo para la posición.

_ Bilingual:
__ Oral and written communication in English _is a must for this position._
