- Escolaridad Ing. Quimica, petrolera o afín.
- Experiencia comprobable de 6 años en adelante.
- Tener el certificado de control del pozos (IWCF) O (IADC).
- Tener buen conocimiento de software de análisis pozos. Debe
- Tener experiencia en áreas especializadas tales como pozos de alta presión, alta temperatura, perforación bajo balance.
- Experiencia en extended reach drilling puede ser una ventaja en pozos de alta complejidad.
- Capacidad para elaborar el informe final del pozo (EOWR), junto con el geólogo de campo, incluyendo el tiempos utilizados y los costos incurridos.
- Ser capaz de ayudar y asesorar al supervisor de perforación con soluciones operativas y en problemas de perforación y terminación.
- Conocimientos básicos de la problemática de las pruebas de pozos y las técnicas de adquisición de datos.
- Conocimiento considerable en perforación horizontal de alta complejidad y pozos de alcance extendido.
- Capaz de ser responsable en gestión de proyectos de granvalor además de tratar con clientes internos y contratistas y proveedores externos, gestión de control de costos y administración proyectos.
