    RESPONSIBILITIES
    :


    • Collaborate local projects as process expert consultant.
    • Gather from end user and Operation processes, pain points, requirements, and document it on Design / Conceptual documents.
    • Propose and define process optimizations and new features.
    • Monitor development teams and track progress.
    • Collaborate on functional testing.
    • Participate on status sessions.
    • Prepare progress status presentations.
    • When issues, collaborate on troubleshooting.
    REQUIREMENTS
    :


    • Advanced/conversational English
    • Remote work, from Mexico. 3+ Years of experience
    • Experience on clients of USA.
    • Experience onUSA dispatch systems (Command, Apex, RMS, ARKIK).
    • Communications and teamwork skills.
