SME Operations Solidigm M/F


Job description:

Sample shipment management from pickup to delivery throughout customer's network.
Review origin produced shipping documents for accuracy and provide to integrator/broker.
Execute Pre-Alert notification to the end customer
Tracking & Monitoring
Timely handle all shipment escalations
Proactive communication to customer for order status and potential risks


Applicant's profile:


Skills:
Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization Knowledge. MS Office. Excellent organizational & Analytical skills & Attention to detail. Customer-facing skills.

Education:
Industrial Engineer Degree, BA in Administration or International Business. Advanced english is a must.

Experience:
Transportation management experience desirable, 3-5 Years with experience on transportation and order management (International shipments & U.S. domestic shipments). Solid knowledge of supply chain management. Customs brokerage knowledge. Customer Service communication and problem solving.
