Your activities for the position will be:

  • Administer the day-to-day Association work.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute annual and other meeting materials. as well as secure meeting rooms for Association meetings.
  • File all Association materials in the homeowner and administrative files electronically.
  • Update Board listings as needed.
  • Prepare the distribution of Association newsletters, special notices, etc.
  • Coordinate the distribution of budgets. As well to keep track of, update, and process Association audits and tax returns.
  • Manage and update Association websites as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence for the CAM, and carry out special projects as requested by the CAM.
  • Collaborate with the CAM in preparing an Annual Calendar to include all key meeting dates, and notification dates, for each Association, and participate in weekly meetings.

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday_
  • Standard schedule 08:00 16:00 Mexico City time
  • Daylight saving 07:00 15:00 Mexico City time

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.

Requirements:


  • Around 2 to 3 years of experience with a similar position in the property or community management industry.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking in English.
  • Tech savvy. Experience using MS office.
  • Feels comfortable talking on the phone with American customers.
  • Negotiation and deescalation skills.
  • Vantaca is a plus.
