Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect potential clients and build strong relationships.

Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support.

Develop and implement strategies to position the brand in the USA market.

Recruit, select, and train salespeople, ensuring they meet the proactive and creative standards demanded by our work culture.

Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the cohesion and success of global strategies.


Requirements:

Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or services industry.

Ability to lead and motivate remote and in-person sales teams.

Creativity and initiative to proactively approach clients and solve problems.

Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2).
