RESPONSIBILITIES

Real Estate Commercial Strategy and Growth:

  • Utilize your real estate expertise to guide the initial development of our commercial strategy, focusing on identifying the right product-market fit.
  • Set the foundation for scalable sales growth, and lay down revenue targets aligned with our earlystage objectives.

Sales Leadership within Real Estate:


  • Build and manage a sales team with a focus on real estate, setting clear objectives based on your understanding of the real estate market dynamics and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Instill a culture of success and continuous improvement, drawing on industry best practices to elevate team performance.

Marketing and Brand Development:


  • Oversee our marketing strategy to strengthen brand recognition and articulate our value proposition within the competitive real estate market.
  • Ensure that sales strategies and marketing campaigns are fully aligned, promoting a cohesive brand image that resonates with our target real estate audience.

Partnerships and Business Development in Real Estate:

  • Forge strategic partnerships and relationships within the real estate industry, leveraging your network to enhance business growth.
  • Negotiate and secure deals that are strategic to the company's goals, ensuring alignment with our financial and market position.

Market Analysis and Real Estate Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market analyses, leveraging your real estate expertise to understand trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

Entrepreneurial Spirit:


  • Ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of cofounding a startup.
  • Adaptability to pivot strategies in response to market feedback and growth opportunities.

Proven Real Estate Commercial Experience:


  • Minimum of three years of commercial experience in residential real estate.
  • Track record of enhancing sales processes, market growth, and revenue increases.

Strategic Real Estate Thinking and Execution:

  • Expertise in strategic planning and sales process refinement.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management execution.

Real Estate Communication and Negotiation:


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, essential for leading sales strategies and fostering key industry relationships.
  • Proficient in english, essential for leading discussions and conducting meetings with investors and stakeholders.

Bonus
Experience in management roles within tech startups will be considered a strong asset.

Familiarity with the fast-paced, innovative environment of tech startups, and the abilityto leverage technology in solving traditional real estate challenges, is highly desirable.
