    About the Role

    • Strong background in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
    • Familiarity with Java and software development principles is highly valued.

    The ideal candidate will have experience designing and maintaining IVR call flows using NICE CXone Studio. They should also be skilled in ACD, skill-based routing and omnichannel workflows. Additionally, they must have knowledge of REST APIs integration with backend systems through event-driven flows.
