A leading manufacturing company in the midst of expansion is in search of:Business Unit Manager
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Language proficiency: Advanced English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in:
- Companies operating within the construction materials sector
- Managerial roles, with a specific focus on the manufacturing industry
- Leadership of teams and effective management of business units
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial, financial, and administrative aspects
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the business unit's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching objectives.
- Supervise daytoday operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Optimize production processes to meet strict quality and efficiency standards.
- Prepare budgets and ensure sound financial management practices within the unit.
- Analyze financial reports to guide strategic and operational decisionmaking across the organization.
- Foster collaboration with other departments to facilitate seamless integration.
- Identify opportunities for market growth and expansion.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers.
- Manage and streamline the supply chain.
