Descripción

Must be able to analyze defective products to component level for the purpose of determining preliminary root cause in order to drive effective corrective action from the appropriate source through the entire manufacturing process.

Review and disposition reports as required determining failure mode, potential root cause(s) and appropriate interim and permanent corrective actions.


Qualifications and skills:
SMD/SMT process knowledge IPC0610/7711 certification preferable Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electro - mechanics or related field Strong Electrical / Electronic knowledge Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and prints Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies Strong knowledge of Process Certification/Process Robustness Statistics and process capability Analysis Time Availability to support night shift MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point) Dynamic and organized Urgency sense Knowledge of Problem Solving tools (8D'S)
