    **Job Description:**

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our team at intugo.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.

    This role requires a flexible schedule, as you will be working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Operations training will be provided for one week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:36 PM.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Greet and assist customers over the phone to determine their questions, needs, and reasons for their patronage.
    • Provide information about firm services.
    • Answer customer questions and inquiries using well-informed and specific responses to increase consumer trust and satisfaction.
    • Offer solutions to customer needs or wants to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Use sales techniques to persuade customers to acquire firm services.
    • Build secure, lasting relationships with customers by providing consistent and thoughtful customer service based on diverse backgrounds, values, and interests.
    • Effectively deal with customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.

    **Benefits:**

    • $15,000 base gross monthly salary.
    • $13,049.56 approx net per month.
    • $3,000 approx net weekly.
    • Weekly commissions (5 DLLS per appointment).
    • $1,000 monthly food stamps.
    • 5 PTO days.
