Contribute to the implementation, and execution of different projects from local, regional, and global teams under Business Operations scope.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Main point of contact for enabling and platform functions to projects with broader impact.
Continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Strong analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
Effective stakeholder management abilities.
Work closely with core areas of the company: Finance, Commercial, Mkt, Medical, Compliance, Business Excellence, RA, Supply, Legal, Quality.

Basic qualifications for this role include:

Consolidated experience in PMO position.
More than 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in organizational change management or transformational projects.
C English language required.
Cross functional capabilities.
