Job Objectives:_The Brand Manager aims to plan and oversee strategic brand positioning and growth plans for the next 2-3 years; identifying the biggest opportunities in the Mexican market, developing a comprehensive plan to achieve and exceed objectives._


Functions

  • Strategic and tactical development of assigned brands and implementation plans at the national level through relevant communication, innovation and commercial vision for Mexico.
  • Assuming a solid leadership position, the Brand manager will be involved and collaborate closely with other areas of the company, leading projects with the commercial and trade marketing area to develop consumercentric plans, which must deeply understand to grow in multiple channels, formats, and customers.
  • Ensure that all actions, communications, and processes related to the brand are aligned with the strategic plan and previously defined values.
  • Track KPI's and brand performance to understand incremental development and opportunities.
  • Review market trends and highlight market value or competitive brand advantage.
  • Design and implement campaigns and brand communication concepts to be applied comprehensively nationwide, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate and codevelop with the Digital strategy team the types of content creation required for each brand, for the construction of brands in channels
  • Ensure the adequate communication of marketing plans and strategies to the commercial teams of the different channels to create alignment and synergy at the national level.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of market trends (ISCAM, Nielsen or similar)
  • Digital skills
  • Planning and implementation of 360 marketing strategy

Requirements:


  • Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas.
  • Have successfully coordinated projects or campaigns for mass consumption or luxury products with quantifiable positioning scopes.
  • Advanced English (preferred)

$50, $55,000.00 per month
