    **Job Summary**

    This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Process Improvement Leader, where you will be responsible for implementing processes, creating procedures and projects that improve efficiency and productivity in our production department.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to the production department and evaluate failure modes in the process to reduce and eliminate risks.
    • Design and create cells, layouts and tools according to demand and model type, as well as provide support to planning and purchasing departments for hardware material substitutes and creation or rework sheets.
    • Serve as a communication bridge between production and product engineering to improve product design, and validate and design security devices for protection equipment of production.
    • Lead and administer improvement projects, create visual aids and work instructions, and be responsible for documentation for reworks, conversions, work methods and material substitutes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial or related field.
    • Lean Bronze Certification (desired: VSM, Balancing, Pokayoke, SMED, etc.).
    • Knowledge of root cause analysis, research methodologies and statistical analysis.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position directing work teams in manufacturing processes, with orientation towards customer service, problem solving and sense of urgency.
