The role will manage our exclusive spaces in the national and international airports through the implementation and follow-up of special projects (CX, maintenance, growth, etc.) ensuring service level and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the image and design standards to guarantee the optimal operation of the spaces
• Coordinate all the partners in order to comply with the commercial agreements
• Prepare and monitor the budget plan of each site considering the different items: Food, maintenance, and service
• Deliver strategies to increase and ensure revenue and efficiencies in the segment

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business or related
• 5+ years of operational experience in hospitality, restaurants or aviation industry
• 3+ years as Project Manager
• Able to travel and be on-site
• Desirable experience in commercial contract management
• English proficiency
