Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the procurement of materials and components required for production in accordance with production schedules and inventory targets.

Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.

Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory control processes to minimize excess or obsolete inventory while ensuring sufficient stock availability.

Analyze demand forecasts, sales orders, and production capacity to identify potential bottlenecks or supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and components.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Provide regular reports and updates on procurement and production performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other related software for procurement and inventory management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Pay:
$40, $60,000.00 per month
