About the position
***As our Talent Acquisition Specialist LATM you will support the business in recruiting the best talent to help us grow our business and you are an integral part of the local HR team as well as the global TA team.


We work for Clusters which means you recruit across all functions, including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, IT & Finance, flexing your approach depending on the role and time frames.

You'll have around 20+ roles on average but you'll need to be ready to juggle more in busier periods.


Next to the day to day TA activities we discuss your areas of interest and will assign a project for you to own, this could be a process, tech implementation or a system owner.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?


Maybe you have spent some time on the agency side and are now looking for an in-house position or you are currently working inhouse.

Most important is that you understand the dynamics of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

You have felt the heat of deadlines, you've dealt with the complexity and hard-to-find combinations - and only the sky is the limit for you when you search for 'the ONE'.

Being proficient with all the searching tools and building pipelines you are now keen to take it to the next level and have an actual impact on the sourcing strategy.
