    The Customer Development Executive (CDE) is responsible for developing and applying expertise on shopper behavior and the retail environments in which CP products are sold, working closely with both Consumer Marketing, Region Customer Development and the CDT's to align and execute against the category, brand, channel and customer strategies.

    Main Responsabilities:

    • Responsible of daily negotiations with customers: Sell In & Sell out
    • Meeting with clients
    • Entry of Purchase Orders, monitoring of activities and requirements according to the CVS of each client.
    • Consolidation of information (Inventories, Sales and Numeric Distribution) of the market.
    • Visit ITS assigned to Distributors.
    • Perform Store Checks at points of sale
    • Consolidation of sales information and market share of each client
    • Monthly Meetings with DSR ́s: new sku ́s, promo grid, sell thru performance

    Education & Experience:

    • Education: Professional in related careers such as Business Administration Engineering, Finance, Marketing
    • Prior work experience: 2 years experience in Sales or related to the commercial area, customer services.
    • Specific Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite/Excel Knowledge of SAP
    • 1+ years experience working with wholesalers.
