General Description of the Role
The CCM Category Management Off Trade reports to the CCM Channel Manager Off-Trade/E-com, is responsible for the category strategy for all brands belonging to the category of which is responsible for:
Off Trade Channel Responsibility:
- The position has the ownership of Brand Building at the point of sale Off Trade (Hyper, Super, Proximity, Cash & Carry, Liquor Store etc.)
- Consistently with key strategic brand objectives, is responsible for developing the CCM Category plan in synergy with the Marketing Plan and defines the entire trade marketing mix actions with a specific focus on Channel and POS.
- Is
responsible to manage the A&P Budget assigned by Channel Manager. - Briefs and coordinates external BTL agencies and suppliers for developing the Full Category Strategy based on Trade Marketing mix planning,
VAP ́s, Extra display, in store activation materials, in store animation, expo events, etc.).

Manages tools and software to support data analysis for space allocation and Category Shelf Management projects
E-commerce channel Responsibility:
- Has ownership of the
Ecommerce Plan and defines the entire ecommerce mix actions with a specific Category with focus on (Bricks & Click, Pure Player, Delivery App) - Is responsible to
manage the A&P ecommerce budget. - Responsible to operationally deliver online Category management projects (with an integrated O2O omnichannel approach).
- Produce
dedicated content to the required specifications in collaboration with supporting agencies and marketing areas. - Coordinating agencies to support activities with retail and pure player.
Evaluate all possible digital shelf optimization actions

Key Responsibilities and Activities
_Strategic Channel Management:
_
- Help to manage the Channel Plans through correct execution for all the Off Trade & Ecommerce Activities according to the Brands Growth Model
- Responsible for developing the CCM Category plan in synergy with the Marketing Plan with a specific focus on Channel and POS.
- Manages and bring support with data analysis for creation or improvement software and tools
- Monthly competitor's photographic reports with main activities per channel.
- Create and enforce off premise channel standards and strategies for the portfolio that maximize resource allocation and ROI. Develop and secure the resources necessary to achieve and meet set objectives.
- Serve as lead trend watcher in the channel for the company and advise brands and management relative to opportunities and challenges in the marketplace, introducing innovative strategies, tools and tactics to the organization.
_Planning and Program Development:
_
- Help to develop a planning digital strategy year by year with all the activities initiatives, promotions, VAPs and visibility plan that ensures an effective fit for the appropriate off brand targets.
- Develop partnerships with mains pure plays apps through collaboration and incorporate those insights and learnings into actionable plans.
