Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance for Specialized equipment such as Wave Solder, Asphalt Potting dispensing System, PLCs, Pneumatic and Electric Dobot of an automated Production Line.
Ensure the proper operation of the equipment to keep them available for the manufacturing process.Propose improvement ideas for processes and equipment, contributing to the continous improvement programs as well as with the participation in the action plan derived for the Gemba Meeting and share the preventive plan progress in a weekly basis.
Plan and execute frequent machiney revisions to develop predictive maintenance supporting the Service Level for our customers and the success of our organization.
TaskManage Preventive maintenance on the machines assigned to you in accordance with the Preventive Plan.
In case of machinery or equipment failure, carry out corrective maintenance.
Ensure that model changes to machines are carried out efficiently.
Train Maintenance Operators and their maintenance technician crewFilling out your KPIs, measurement and control systems of the Visual administration of your area

Programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Wave Solders, PVA, Routers and Programming languages (C, C++ or similar)Knowledge of Variable speed drives for DC and AC motors, magnetic, photoelectric, capacitive and inductive sensorsInterpretation of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
