What you will do:

Ensure the good execution of different categories, aligned with the global, regional strategy and the specific needs of the countries (LATAM), complying with the client's strategic sourcing methodology and the savings objective.
Conduct endtoend sourcing process, including but not limited to:
Requirements collection
Stakeholder management
RFP/RFQ execution
Negotiation
Contract management
Supplier Relationship Management
Ongoing category management
Utilize sourcing levers and hypothesisdriven approach to size and validate opportunities. Drive implementations to realize savings across supply chain
Lead benchmarking exercise to ensure pricing competitiveness and conduct category research to drive innovation or service satisfactions
Perform adhoc analysis based on project needs, present findings and drive progress

What you should bring:

Graduated in: industrial engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or related fields
Superior quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
Strategic thought process accompanied with the idea of examining a scenario from various perspectives
Skillset should include academic, extracurricular, or professional achievements that showcase your knowledge and experience with working daytoday in a professional setting
Highly motivated team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office Suite; including the ability to transform data into engaging PowerPoint presentations and the ability to analyze data in Excel
Fully Bilingual English and Portuguese
