LatAm Engineering Manager

_ Join our Engineering team_

As a member from the Global Engineering team you will be responsible to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with a strong focus on construction safety, quality, and Engineering standards in a sustainable and standardized.

You will work independently to deliver an agreed portfolio of projects, supporting project teams in assessing the feasibility and technical viability of capex projects working with cross functional teams and contractors where applicable to define the brief, understand work scope, costs requirements, alternatives and defining viable timelines.

At the same time you should be able to develop concepts, building business cases, develop project execution plan bearing in mind local requirements and constraints and the need to standardize equipment across the Upfield network.

If you have between at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing companies in engineering funtions, this role would be challenging for you.

For this role it ́s important that you are a self-driven person with strong communication skills as well as excellent customer service.

As you will manage different projects with different stakeholders, you will use your abilities of analysis, high attention to details and organization.

You will work with people in all the world, so you will use your English as your second nature.
