Mission:


The aftersales lead management and Business Development Center specialist will expand relationships with internal and external customers by working in a strong collaborative way with different critical departments as CRM, IT, Customer Quality, Commercial and different vendors in order to enhance Customer Experience, Satisfaction and Business Performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Responsible to measure and control all the assignments in a project plan in order to build aftersales Business Development Center improvement.

Develop and follows-up the Key Performance Indicators of aftersales BDC and consolidate program level reporting.

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

Provides support and recommendations to field team in order to enhance sales opportunities through Mkt campaigns and leads actions.

Track marketing strategies and actions of the competition.

Contribute to retention KPI, through up-selling strategies.

Define and monitor key indicators and process improvement to develop Business Development Center.

Analyze lead and conversion rate opportunities with an improvement recommendation.

Implement processes, training and touchpoints actions based on the strategy.


Qualifications & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication, engineering or related field.

Minimum two years of experience as Marketing Analyst, CRM or Aftersales Management.

Detailed understanding of the aftersales industry and competitive call center understanding is a plus.

Experience using analytics and measurement to inform data-driven decisions for organizations.


English level:
advanced.


Excel:
Analysis and data management and generation of graphs. Reporting.


Competencies:

Team leadership and negotiation experience/proficiency is required.

Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Analytical mindset to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.

Experienced in facilitating cross-functional team discussions, including well-developed negotiation skills while providing clear direction.

Experienced in making data-driven recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills is highly required.


Executive presentation skills:
English and Spanish.

Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced services environment.
