Product Support Specialist

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and technical knowledge in order to deliver exceptional clientcentric services.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Education Requirements

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Prior banking or finance experience is a plus, especially personal banking.
  • Documentation skills to track client information and recurring technical issues for product quality improvement.
  • Familiarity with FIS products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge in programming, business analysis, or software implementation.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
