    *What You'll Do
    :
    • Deliver excellent client service experiences based on Alliance brand standards
    • Understand the Alliance Client Journey, and how support interacts with marketing, sales and success to deliver appropriate experiences and achieve the clients' desired outcomes.
    • Communicating with clients about our products and their accounts.
    • Resolving service questions and issues to prevent dissatisfaction or churn and help expand client lifetime value, client loyalty and revenue.
    • Collect payment from past due accounts
    • Maintain excellent rapport with clients to build long lasting business relationships.
    • Seek to continuously improve their service skills and product knowledge.
    • Seek to improve the processes the team follows by working with sups and manager.
    • Follow best practices and tools for speedy problem resolution
    • Assist the Service Manager and Supervisors with any additional tasks that may arise.
    Skills and Experience
    :


    • Previous call center or customer service experience is desirable
    • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude
    • High degree of fluency in English with solid oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic and selfstarter, eager to learn in a fastpaced business environment.
