Team Overview:

  • Know YC will help organizations reduce their risk exposure by verifying the identities of new customers. Possesses excellent analytical skills
  • We are looking for an observant, perfectionist person who likes to verify that everything is always in its most optimal form.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The Junior Quaity Assurance Supervisor responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions.
  • Review area policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Perform and track quality control metrics
  • Provide training and feedback to the team to improve the quality of the processes
  • Give feedback and share the Quality Assurance metrics with the management team

Role Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in similar roles
  • Unfinished Bachelor or above
  • 1 year + of leader support
  • Intermediate English
  • Critical thinking
  • Motivate other coworkers to solve problems, guiding people and sharing best practices
  • Share work experiences / methodologies with others
  • Guide and help improve the team's performance
  • Participate and contributes to tasks and projects related to the area's Objectives Key Results
  • Disseminator of DiDi Culture
