YOUR CHALLENGE As our new Publishers Partnerships Manager in the Mexico City office, you will:
Prospect new publishers for the Mexico and Central America market, while also focusing on managing and maintaining a strong pipelineMaintain and grow existing client relationships for these marketsCollect and analyze data and KPIs and create our growth strategy, and forecast accurately to internal managementCheck reports and dashboards to identify revenue opportunitiesWork closely with other Latam Publisher Managers to develop the Regional TeamCollaborate closely with internal Seedtag teams, serving as the connection for addressing all business and technical matters and opportunities alongside the market ownerYOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Ad Tech supply role in the MX & CAM regionDemonstrate a proven ability to consistently achieve Sales and Revenue targets on a monthly or quarterly basis while also focusing on delivering exceptional client serviceProficient in technology, with the capacity to acquire the necessary knowledge to ensure successful implementation and optimization of publisher accountsPossess exceptional communication skills and a willingness to embrace calculated risksBring an abundance of energy, proactiveness, and enthusiasm for the challenges of a Startup environmentStay current with the latest developments in the digital AdTech realmExhibit native-level proficiency in Spanish and an advanced command of the English languageAre not afraid of challenges and the changing digital worldWOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU Have knowledge of other languages such as PortugueseHave previous Supply Sales experience in other Latam marketsSEEDTAG PERKS Key moment to join Seedtag in terms of growth and opportunities
