Dx/Rm Traditional Eateries

Which is the main objective of this role?


The role will create and execute transformational commercial solutions that inspire smiles and accelerate growth in the Traditional Eateries Channel.


The LAB Dx Traditional Eateries Manager will co-define and deploy a consumer/costumer/ shopper channel centric profit growth & profitability strategy and capability agenda for LATAM.

For NRM scope the role will identify opportunities to accelerate top line growth and profitability built on a strategy for superior execution in Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management and Trade Spend, with sub-channel granularity.

The role will define the growth engines that allow us to develop our brands. Its focus will be to bring the best commercial value proposition to achieve a better execution of our brands, ensuring having the best availability, visibility, utility & experience at the point of sale; all based on a deep knowledge of the shopper
- consumer & customer needs.


What will you be doing?

DX AGENDA OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Co Lead the segmentation strategy for Traditional Eateries based on a deep understanding of the shopper & customer.
  • Responsible for working on the best shopping experience, which implies improving our understanding and approach to both the Customer, Consumer and Shopper. For this reason, this position will be responsible for searching and implementing different technologies, mechanics, sources, and studies that allow us to take our knowledge of these two links in the chain to another level.
  • Define & support the implementation of "Perfect Store eateries" Frame as a control tool in the execution of the point of sale, it defines a typical graphic representation that idealizes the way in which certain products will be physically present at the point of sale (Physical Availability)
  • Standardize the practices to be executed in the store, create metrics and indicators that allow to measure the performance of the teams objectively and perform benchmarks continuously to generate an approach oriented to the Availability, visibility, utility & experience of our brands in the Bottler.
  • Assess and elevate the organization's Demand Acceleration Agenda by coordinating an ongoing learning and best practice sharing program for the franchise and bottler community leveraging the LAB RM COE programs

NET REVENUE MANAGEMENT AGENDA OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Co-Lead the design of a NRM PSP and AOP NRM agenda driven by the 3 key growth levers: Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management and Trade Spend landed and adapted for Traditional Eateries.
  • Support the development a consumer centric Price Pack Architecture (PPA) strategy to identify and target key growth consumption occasions per category inside the channel, where we have a right to succeed according to a subsegmentation of Traditional Eateries. Support pricing recommendations for the portfolio based on insights and consumers drivers.
  • Develop insights to inform NRM strategy with focus on: Consumer, Category, Competition and type of customer according to the segmentation of Traditional Eateries in collaboration with franchise multifunctional teams. Lead the development of particular studies with Insights teams to answer strategic business questions to enable growth and expansion.
