The Role:

- _Supplier relationship management_
- _Support to Operational Buyer and Category Manager on Supplier strategic_
- _Cultivate culture of open, accurate communication and trust with suppliers _
- _Define appropriate communication strategy to ensure timely, accurate information release and supplier feedback._
- _Hold regular supplier meetings to review operational performance. Support scorecard process _
- _On time delivery (OTD)_
- _Implement OTD-to-request-date measure for supply base, including data collection and monthly reporting._
- _Drive continuous improvement activities to achieve and sustain business OTD requirements._
- _Minimize impact to factory caused by material shortages by identifying risks and mitigating._
- _Micromanagement of critical shortage situations_
- _Forecasting and order fulfilment processes_
- _Optimize and deploy full suite of inbound supply chain processes including forecasts, PO release, overdue management and expediting._
- _Good understanding of MRP systems. Ability to extract reports and manipulate data._
- _Buffer stocking and lead time reduction_
- _Define and implement supplier buffer stocking agreements, including target setting/flexing, monitoring and exception management._
- _Drive continuous lead time improvement and processes to support, goal being logistics lead time only._
- _Manage buffer stocking process throughout product lifecycle, incorporating NPI and End of Life/obsolescence._

What We Expect of You?
- _Education and Experience:_

- _Bachelor degree on International Relations, International Commerce, ideally with professional procurement or logistics qualification._
- _4 year experience preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment._
- _Track record managing and improving supply chains and supplier performance _
- _Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)_
