We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Team manager

Preferred experience:

? Proven leadership experience in a similar role.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong organizational and time management abilities.

? Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

? Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales

Navigator, Google Apps)

? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

? C1+ English and Spanish Spoken and Written proficiency

Responsibilities

Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.

? Conduct regular performance evaluations and set goals for individual team

members.

? Foster a positive team culture and maintain open communication channels within the

team.

? Coordinate and allocate tasks, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.

? Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement

corrective actions.

? Act as a point of contact between team members and management, conveying

updates and concerns.
