Accounts Payable Specialist:


  • Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX, CP Country/Region: MX
    About the position:
This position will be based in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.


Responsibilities:


  • Process vendor invoices into ERP system and Match to purchase orders as part of 3way match process.
  • Interact with department/warehouse personnel to resolve receiving issues.
  • New vendors and collect pertinent information from vendor.
  • Process weekly payments to vendors.
  • GL Monthly reconciliations (GNRI, Payables, accruals).
  • Free cash flow forecast, AP Intercompany reconciliations.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries for payment information.
  • Reconciliations of Monthly suppliers.
  • Internal Controls for Audi according to KA's policies.
  • Process commission payments.
  • Process employee expense reports, reconcile monthly credit card statement, Participate in special requirements as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Business fluent in English and Spanish (preferably bilingual)
  • 13 years of related experience in like environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software, SAP Knowledge.
