The Role This role is a leadership position within the Warner Bros. Discovery FP&A Center of Excellence (COE).

The role will establish, grow and stabilize the TV Production FP&A COE, working with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.

The role will be responsible for execution of all COE planning, reporting and analysis functions within the scope of responsibilities.

This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico, and will manage a global team.

Key Responsibilities - Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of planning responsibilities.

Including, but not limited to, forecast preparation and submission, budget preparation and long range planning support, for both expense and cash forecasts - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting and analysis responsibilities.


Including, but not limited to:

Actuals versus forecast variance reporting, financial impact of potential strategy/production decisions, other ad hoc analysis - Ensure the ongoing development of team members including professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement - Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives including: o Global process alignment o Continuous improvement o Implementation of planning and reporting best practices o Other strategic business initiatives Desired Experience - Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years experience in a management position - Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus - English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency - Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.

Process oriented with a solid understanding of accounting principles, and internal control concepts. Experience in project management and process improvement - Experience managing large teams. Commercial and Media experience a plus. - Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Strong problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact and diplomacy - Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes - Strong written, oral and presentation skills required - Position will require international travel
