WHAT DOES A REGIONAL RGM MANAGER DO?- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data from diverse, intricate sources to derive actionable insights, resulting in enhanced net revenue via the implementation of RGM strategies.

The aptitude to foster and enhance regional capacities through the establishment and dissemination of top-tier RGM practices, facilitating our ability to establish, achieve, and sustain optimal pricing, while also optimizing product mix and trade investments.

ABOUT YOU- Proficiency in integrating a sophisticated analytical approach to uncover detailed insights and identify lucrative growth prospects, while also standardizing operationally sustainable success metrics and business intelligence dashboards throughout the region.

Additionally, ability to exert influence within a matrix structure, particularly with local Marketing and Commercial leadership teams, is essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:


  • WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Achieve results and ensure excellence in execution by integrating our RGM practices into the IAP process, guaranteeing consistent implementation and monitoring of consumer and trade pricing as well as promotional initiatives.
  • Take charge of overseeing the implementation of RGM initiatives across clusters, contributing incremental EFO to the budget. As a project manager, guide local teams with methodologies and tools, manage various aspects from defining scope and deadlines to assigning and monitoring team responsibilities. Regularly summarize progress and generate reports for regional leadership teams.
  • Expand the adoption of RGM throughout all levels of commercial and marketing teams, fostering a sense of community and healthy competition that encourages the sharing and recognition of best practices.
  • Establish a regional network that facilitates adhoc RGM projects at any given time. This involves identifying opportunities within the topline and value chain, making recommendations for action plans, overseeing implementation, and providing followup.
  • Enhance the RGM skills and deepen the understanding of Bacardi's history and culture among direct and indirect reports.
Skills and Experience

  • THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • 3-5 years of expertise in roles within FMCG and multinational corporations.
  • Robust background in Revenue Growth Management or strategic domains such as Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, and Sales Finance, integrating financial and commercial acumen with a strong analytical foundation.
  • Experience in Process Management, including the design of process enhancements and accountability for disciplined delivery.
  • Project Management skills, showcasing the ability to coordinate strategic projects.
  • Establish direct communication with cluster leadership to ensure that deliverables align with the defined scope and budget. Coordinate with project teams to ensure compatibility with Bacardi's RGM Way.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
