Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize production capacity, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
• Maintain control over key performance indicators, including cost, process quality, delivery, and employee satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve production issues, collaborate with internal departments, and ensure seamless customer deliveries.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production team, fostering a positive work environment through employee recognition and empowerment.
• Cultivate high-performing teams, promote motivation and commitment, and maintain a positive morale.
• Support company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as track corrective actions through documentation and reporting.
• Manage daily time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in regular audits and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the Environmental Management System, adhering to established roles and responsibilities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proficiency in core tools, SAP, Microsoft Office, and welding techniques.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
