Processor Cash Payms and Recs

Role purpose


The purpose of this feature is to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.


The job holder may be required to process transactions and inquiries related to ongoing and outbound payment processing, wire transfers, investigations and verifications, branch inquiries, inbound and outbound calls to customers and branches, manual payments, payments with checks, clearinghouse and BACS and HSBCNet.

and account reconciliation.


Main Activities

  • Comply with the guarantee established with the business for the Operation of the Processes.
  • Comply with the guarantees, reduce the PNC, respect the delivery times.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency and consistency of the process.

Qualification

  • Receive feedback and monthly monitoring of the objectives established for the team personnel.
  • Participate in work teams to attend to participation in projects, taking care of compliance with operational guarantees.
Participate in work teams to implement changes in regulations other needs of the institution.

  • Knowledge of statistics and accounting (intermediate level)
  • Experience / skills in managing operational processes, critical situations, selfdirected, innovation and continuous improvement. Pro activity, experience in process documentation.
  • Experience in the operation of systems to carry out operations in financial markets.
  • Previous experience working in a financial institution, or some other area within HSBC.
  • Communication skills: written and verbal

  • Language: English intermediate level
  • Main Office package: Excel, Word, PPT, Visio
  • Sound judgment skills to identify and resolve problems.
  • Selfmotivated with attitude of "would like to learn" and quick learning ability
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure, in particular in a change environment
  • Flexibility to work in accordance with Business requirements.
