Who we're looking for


Zendesk is the market leader in customer support software, providing a platform for companies that allows them to deliver improved experiences across the entire customer journey. We are seeking a Specialist to support Partner Marketing efforts in AMER (U.S. & Canada). Partner Marketing at Zendesk is responsible for planning and executing demand generation campaigns with our strategic partners. In addition, it is responsible for ensuring our partner community is consistently informed of all our events, activities, program updates, and product announcements.
What you'll be doing
-
Work closely with the Group Manager of Partner Marketing, and across Partner Marketing, to execute demand generation and engagement plans for the AMER region

:

Provide support and recommendations to strategic Zendesk Partners to ensure they have all necessary sales and marketing resources, including case studies, press releases, data sheets, sales training resources, and more

Manage MDF process for Partners with 1-1 support, including reporting on ROI and other results achieved through the activities

Assist with pipeline reporting, including reports for Partner Sales, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting requests. Make recommendations for new demand generation activities based on trends in reporting

Manage execution of demand generation programs with Strategic partners, including vendor management for programs where we leverage 3rd party agencies

Develop guides and marketing educational materials for Partners, allowing them to leverage self-service tools available to the Zendesk Partner ecosystem

Develop content for and present Partner Marketing updates on monthly Partner facing webinar series

:

Provide day-to-day support for Partner Marketing and Sales, including requesting purchase approvals, maintaining contact lists, placing swag orders, and responding to ad hoc questions/support needs from Partners

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Partner Sales, Partner Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Legal

:

-
Leverage tools such as Asana; Salesforce; MS Suite, especially Excel, including pivot tables, basic formulas, and filter/sort; GSuite; and other internal tools built on Zendesk.
What you bring to the role

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of marketing experience in a similar role, Partner Marketing experience preferred

Creativity and confidence to try new ideas

Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

Fast learner, willing to jump into our team's fast-paced projects and have fun

Experience with marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, Splash, Google Analytics, etc) preferred

Must be fluent in English

This role must attend our Mexico City office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.


Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
