Objetivo:
Responsable de liderar la renovación, crecimiento y consolidación de la cartera de clientes del sector educativo, asegurando relaciones de largo plazo y el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
Responsabilidades principales:
• Liderar la estrategia integral de renovación y renegociación de contratos con instituciones educativas.
• Diseñar e implementar planes comerciales orientados a la retención, expansión (upselling y cross-selling) y generación de valor diferenciador.
• Gestionar cuentas clave (Key Accounts), fortaleciendo relaciones con stakeholders de alto nivel.
• Acompañar al área comercial con estrategias de sales marketing y venta consultiva
• Construir y mantener un pipeline sólido de renovación y oportunidades de crecimiento.
• Coordinar de manera transversal con las áreas de producto, marketing, ventas y soporte para garantizar una experiencia integral y resultados medibles.
• Representar a la compañía en foros, congresos y eventos del sector educativo.
• Supervisar la correcta gestión administrativa de la cartera (CRM, facturación, cobranza y forecast).
• Generar reportes ejecutivos, proyecciones de ingresos y tableros de control para dirección.
Perfil requerido:
• Experiencia mínima de 5-6 años en posiciones relacionadas con ventas, desarrollo de cuentas customer success o atención a clientes institucionales.
• Experiencia sólida en gestión estratégica de cuentas B2B y renovación de contratos.
• Alta capacidad de negociación, visión comercial y enfoque consultivo.
• Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando bajo metas de ingresos.
• Capacidad analítica para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
• Deseable experiencia EdTech o sector educativo.
• Estar al día en tendencias educativas, innovación pedagógica y uso estratégico de tecnología
• Experiencia en negociación, seguimiento de estrategias comerciales, elaboración de presentaciones de calidad y pitches de venta
