- Guide and support the Project Management team during financial planning processes such as Budget and Forecasts.
- Work closely with Sourcing in regards cost reduction initiatives and programs to ensure their inclusion during Budget and Forecast cycles.
- Monitor in conjunction with PJM all expenses at a country-site level
- Provide both high level and detailed information for budget vs actuals monthly results.
- Responsible for all month-end processes including but not limited to accruals, reclassifications, Open PO validation, etc., in accordance with client accounting policies.
- Develop and improve existing processes and templates to optimize current operation.
- Perform other financial management administrative duties related to country-site such as updating systems and tools, data collection, cost calculations, required trend analysis, etc.
- Act as SME to PJM to solve any issues or queries in regard to financial items.

This is a very dynamic role, responsible for managing data, templates and spreadsheets so Excel and GSheets are a must (pivot tables as minimum, advanced formulas desirable).
