We are looking for a smart, driven and real person to join the Procurement team.


The Opportunity


The position is accountable in ensuring continuity of supply and services thru partnering with end-users, timely issuance of PO, settlement of overdue invoices of vendors with close coordination and alignment of priorities with Procurement Team.


  • Manage daytoday operational procurement function to mitigate operational risks.
  • Timely conversion of PRs into PO and on time delivery of issued PO.
  • Prepare supplier Masterfile form, send to accounting for approval including supplier docs, respond to Accounting's follow up questions/clarifications.
  • Ontime payment to suppliers of advance and rush invoices.
  • On time Reconciliation with vendors on mismatch invoices against PO.

About You

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, Accounting or its related courses.
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in Procurement gained from Manufacturing Setup.
  • Resourceful & with good negotiating and data analytical skills.
  • Open to accept 6 months fixedterm contract.
